OFR – A Forum for Trade Union Co-operation
OFR (Public Employees’ Negotiation Council) is an assignment-based negotiating and service organisation for thirteen trade unions with members in the public sector. Together our affiliated unions represent more than 586 600 members. Within OFR, the unions consult and co-operate with each other on issues of common interest, while at the same time retaining a high level of independence.
OFR has assignments within the following areas:

• Transition (Employment Security) with Omställningsfonden

• EU on topics that is of interest to OFR
